Last summer we had the honor to photograph Sarah and Josh’s engagement photography at the Allentown Rose Garden.  After getting to know them during the shoot, I was then excited for their wedding the following year.  They seemed so sweet and ready to live their lives together.

So the wedding day finally came.  The wedding was held at the Mary Stegmaier Mansion in Wilkes Barre, Pa. It was a very cold spring day with a misting of rain.  It seemed to be in the 40’s.  Though the week before I believe it was in the 90’s or close to it. What a weird spring…  Anyway, everyone got ready in separate rooms at the Mansion.  When the prep was complete, Josh and Sarah had their first look on the iconic staircase.  What a beautiful private moment for the two of them!

Afterwards, we headed outside for some formals before heading back inside for the ceremony and reception.  The ceremony took place in the mansions gorgeous solarium.  With beautiful stained glass windows and the deep blue glass ceiling, it was a stunning ceremony site.  Soon after they said their vows and had their first official kiss as Husband and Wife, everyone made their way upstairs for the reception.  The crowd really seemed to enjoy themselves.  The dance floor was packed for the majority of the night and the room was filled with so much love.  We want to thank Sarah and Josh for allowing us to capture these special moments.
