Last summer we had the honor to photograph Sarah and Josh’s engagement photography at the Allentown Rose Garden. Â After getting to know them during the shoot, I was then excited for their wedding the following year. Â They seemed so sweet and ready to live their lives together.
So the wedding day finally came. Â The wedding was held at the Mary Stegmaier Mansion in Wilkes Barre, Pa. It was a very cold spring day with a misting of rain. Â It seemed to be in the 40’s. Â Though the week before I believe it was in the 90’s or close to it. What a weird spring… Â Anyway, everyone got ready in separate rooms at the Mansion. Â When the prep was complete, Josh and Sarah had their first look on the iconic staircase. Â What a beautiful private moment for the two of them!
Afterwards, we headed outside for some formals before heading back inside for the ceremony and reception. Â The ceremony took place in the mansions gorgeous solarium. Â With beautiful stained glass windows and the deep blue glass ceiling, it was a stunning ceremony site. Â Soon after they said their vows and had their first official kiss as Husband and Wife, everyone made their way upstairs for the reception. Â The crowd really seemed to enjoy themselves. Â The dance floor was packed for the majority of the night and the room was filled with so much love. Â We want to thank Sarah and Josh for allowing us to capture these special moments.
