This wedding at Architect’s Golf Club in Phillipsburg, NJ was a lot of fun! The Architects has a great room for the bride to get ready in, perfect locations for the ceremony and any photography needs, and a reception room with great character. Melissa and Bob’s wedding fit perfectly in here! The first look was great bringing out the personalities of the couple and the ceremony was also one of the most personalized and touching ones we has this season.

Nicole & Michael had an absolutely perfect wedding day at the Terraview venue of Stroudsmoor Country Inn in Stroudsburg, PA. They had one of my favorite cocktail hour stations with a baseball themed soft pretzel, hot dog stand, cotton candy and cracker jack stations, even if it was Met themed.  😇

Diane and Alex had a near perfect wedding day at the Windows on the Water at Frogbridge in Millstone, New Jersey. The waterside venue was present for the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception, and it was stunning to see.

What a fun wedding! From the Jeeps to the sparkler send-off this wedding was amazing to be a part of. It was soo much fun with their friends and family. We had such a great time working with Nikki and Steve! And honestly there is only few weddings a year where I feel from all the people involved true love and genuineness like this wedding.

Andrea and Peter both went to Notre Dame High School in Easton, PA. However, she was already a Junior when he first became a Freshman. She graduated in 2005, he in 2007. They knew of each other through mutual friends, but she claims she never paid him any attention! He claims that she was his high school crush and that no other girl compared to her, she was his standard. He was friends with her younger sister and says he would always tell her to put in a good word for him… she don’t recall this much. haha!

But to fast forward oh, 13 or so years… in short, she had been through a tragic circumstance with the loss of my boyfriend (soon to be fiancé) in 2013. She never thought she’d truly find anyone again and had “given up” on the love scene. It was around Christmas in 2017 when she was talking with her sister and mentioned, “if I ever did find someone again I would like them to be musically inclined.” She was kind of joking, but not really as she absolutely loves music and plays the piano.

A couple days later she sent her a text saying, “ANDIE!….PETER LUNDY!” Which she replied, “Um, what?” From there they spent the next couple hours “stalking” him on instagram, he sang and played the guitar, was in the military and just so happened to be pretty cute. She suddenly became quite interested. A few days later she decided to reach out to him. She sent him a private message on instagram saying, “Peter Lundy, what’s this I hear you’re THE one?” He replied with, “Andrea Kocher, I don’t know about being capital “THE” one, but I am someone.” At the time Pete was in the military but in the process of transitioning out. They would talk for hours. First through messaging on instagram, to texting and then finally phone calls that would last all night long. It’s all history from there!

The original wedding date was in June 2020. The couple decided to postpone to December – two very different times of the year. They decided to postpone in early May. At the time it was a difficult and upsetting decision. However, around that time, Steve’s father was diagnosed with Stage 4 Small Cell Lung Cancer and was not given a very good prognosis. After this discovery, the postponement seemed trivial.

Megan and Steve chose to have a minimony, because through everything, they realized tomorrow is not guaranteed. They love each other and wanted their family to share this event with them, including Steve’s dad. The day of the wedding was December 19th. Unfortunately, Steve’s father passed on December 18th. They decided to push forward with the ceremony with the lovely thought that Steve’s dad probably had a pretty good view of the ceremony and reception.

Although Megan and Steve couldn’t share this happy occasion with all of their closest friends and family, one detail they loved was the intimate size of the party. It gave the couple enough room to enjoy each other’s company, while having enough time with everyone who was able to attend. They were pleased with how much fun the guests had.

Set high atop the Pocono mountains overlooking the Cherry Valley Wildlife Sanctuary below, Crestview Chapel offered stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere on a crisp and beautiful Autumn day.

Once I got a chance to start editing their Same Day Edit and see the footage from the day I knew we had a special one on our hands. I want to thank Lauren & Sam for having me be a part of their beautiful wedding.

Jenna and Josh met on the dating website OK Cupid in March of 2014. Josh did not take Jenna too seriously as she listed her address in New York City and Josh could not envision a long distance relationship developing into love. Jenna was however in the process of moving to Bethlehem and the two of them met one week later for a late night date at Denny’s.

Josh was taken aback by Jenna’s non-stop chit chat and her sarcastic sense of humor. But he kept listening and eventually Jenna quieted down. She eventually ran out of steam and it was Josh’s turn to talk. They stayed for hours at Denny’s as the staff cleaned up and vacuumed around them.

Jenna appreciated Josh from the beginning because he was such a good listener, which has to be a prerequisite for Jenna! Josh thinks of Jenna as a sanctuary where he can delve into her life instead of getting overly caught up in his own.

I was delighted to be a part of their beautiful wedding day and having a chance to see a wedding break out into a truely fun and unique experience! I wish many years of happy marriage for this awesome couple.

Having the experience to film such an amazing wedding in a stunning setting like California’s wine country is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. Ever since I met Marissa and Jason in Italy a couple years ago, I knew they were special people.

They will tell you that  it was not love at first sight for this couple, but that would be hard to believe. After getting to experience their warmth abroad, their resilience to the cold on a windy August sunset at the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, and the genuine love and compassion they have for their family and friends, I would bet anything that they were destined.

The result is one of my favorite films I have ever worked on for one of my favorite couples. I wish them nothing but happiness and success in everything they do, and a long and fruitful marriage that started on this perfect September day in California.

Watch Highlight Film

Driving up to Skytop I was so excited to meet up with our Bride and Groom from Minnesota, though I was concerned about the weather. It had been overcast and raining for a few days straight and didn’t look like it was about to clear up anytime soon.

But sure enough just as we were about to do the first look the day magically became a stunningly gorgeous, sun shining day. I think this is a metaphor for what happens when Ashley and Brian are together, as you can feel the energy emanating from them whenever they are together.Later, at the ceremony when their pup Ophelia came down the aisle right before her, I couldn’t get the smile off my face.

By the time I unveiled their Same Day Edit at the end of their beautiful reception, I had seen so many perfect images of a wedding’s first day. I wish Ashley and Brian all the good wishes in the world, and thank them for allowing me to share in their celebration!
