A few weeks ago, I was the photographer for Mary Cate and Joseph. The day started with them both getting ready, in different rooms, at Bear Creek. They met up a little bit later at the little bridge, on the mountain side of the hotel, where they saw each other for the first time before their ceremony. Joseph, getting a little nervous waiting there on the bridge for his future wife, was in awe of how pretty she looked when he was tapped on the shoulder from behind. When their eyes met, you could see the love they have for each other. You could hear the rest of the bridal party hooting and hollering from the mountain ballroom deck.
Afterwards, we did a small creative session as well as a few family formals before heading to the church. The ceremony was beautiful. Especially the trio who sang the many hymns during the ceremony. After they shared their first kiss with each other, we did a few more family formals before heading back to Bear Creek Mountain Resort for the remainder of the day.
The reception was very nice. The Lodge was decorated with a beautiful Christmas feel. The crowd came to dance and the dance floor was packed. They even had Cigars out on the deck for the guests. We really enjoyed ourselves while capturing their memories throughout the day. Below are a few of my favorite photos from their wedding.
