Well, It wasn’t quite the weather that we all wanted, but nonetheless Amanda and Robert had a beautiful day. Amanda and the girls spent the whole day at Stroudsmoor Country Inn. Robert and the boys spent the morning at their house, then the fire station before heading to Lawnhaven for the ceremony. It was raining all day, so the ceremony was moved to under the pavilion. For an alternate ceremony site, it sure was pretty.
After they exchanged rings and kissed for the first time as husband and wife, we attempted to dodge the rain drops for a few formal photos. Luckily Lawnhaven has a very pretty covered walkway that connected the pavilion to the reception hall. Once we were done with the photos, we headed inside to celebrate the wedding with some food and dancing. This crowd sure looked to be having a good time. The dance floor was packed from start to finish. They always say that rain on your wedding day is good luck. I dont think these two need luck but we wish them a long happy marriage.
