Pre Planning Pre-planning should be one of the first questions you ask a potential DJ. If the pre-planning is lax you can guess that the event will be “cookie cutter” and your Emcee may not take into account your style and vision. Our system includes the following steps:

• The initial consultation. Here we meet with the couple and go over in detail our services. We try to get a feel for your vision and we outline how our services can help.
• A walk-through of the venue. Whether we’ve been in the venue once, for the first time, or 100 times we always walk through the venue with the clients 1-2 months prior to your date.
• Our online itinerary system. At your venue walk-through we create together the rough draft of your itinerary as it relates to the services we are providing. We then upload this to a document you can manage and edit along with us! This ensures all details are accurate.
• Additional: The above steps are in addition to our staff being available to you by IM, email, phone or meetings at anytime during the process. We love what we do! And talking to couples and helping them bring to life the vision for the day is one of our favorite parts of our job.

Wedding Film

• Lead Cinematographer (Trai) and an assistant 2nd shooter.
• Full day including, prep, formals, transportation and reception.
• With package receive (1) DVD (Extra copies of DVD 39, Blu-Ray Discs Available $199)
• Wireless system to capture ceremony Audio.
• Highlight Film is embeddable on Social Networks for your friends and family to view from the comfort of their homes.

Photography

• Full day coverage with no hour constraints by Trevor. (prep to reception)
• Sneak Peak blogpost within 3 weeks of event!
• Up to 200 wedding photos on a DVD with custom case.
• Edited photos will be posted in an online gallery for family and friends to view and purchase.
• Included in the package – (1) 4 inch Leather Album(with purchase of 8 inch album or larger), (2) 8×10 prints (2) 5×7 prints
• Engagement shoot at a discounted rate when wedding is booked. (for local weddings within 60 miles of the Lehigh Valley)

We have several options for your special day. We charge a base price and then you have options from there. Regardless of which option we do not charge by the hour because we want to make sure we capture the whole day.

Highlight Film

This short film (3-5 min), set to music, sums up the special day in a very entertaining nutshell. This product is great for today’s clients because we can upload this film directly to their social networking website(like facebook) where all their friends can enjoy it nearly instantly from anywhere in the world. Additionally, being hosted on the web means that you can send a link to loved ones who were unable to attend and they can watch as well. We have found this to be very popular because it is the sweet spot between capturing the entire day and keeping peoples famously short attention spans entertained. You will also receive a DVD with the video.

Wedding Film

20-30 Minute “Signature Edit” film – Again sticking with the highly compelling highlights from the day, this film will include the entire day in cinematic style. The best audio from speeches and touching sentiments will be included is such a way that adds to the story of your day. We pride ourselves on capturing the story in a way that even a total stranger would find highly entertaining, which translates from our experience to something that will be cherished by our clients. This comes on a DVD which includes the optional Highlight Film.

Add On’s:

• Slideshow – 1-3 Song Photo music slide show. Give us pictures of you two growing up, and we will create a video slideshow to be played your during the event set to songs of your choice. You can play the DVD whenever you like.
• Projector – Projector set up. If you do not have the capabilities to show your photo slide show, we can provide a projector, screen, and audio system to present your photo montage for all to see. We can show this anywhere you have access, and all we require is that it is dark and we have a power source. Additional Options include Blu-Ray Discs, Additional DVDs, and raw footage.

The wedding flat rate package – We do not break down entertainment packages into “hours”, nor do we charge for 2nd PA systems for cocktail hour or ceremony with our flat rate package. Our Flat rate package always includes the Master of Ceremonies (Ron unless otherwise noted) and an assistant!

Below are samples of our always expanding lineup of reception options available to customize your event. We present to you options and our expertise and you pick and choose items you want to compliment your vision.

Visual Options:

• Uplighting – Tasteful and elegant. Uplighting on high walls adds an instant touch of class to any event. Match the color of the seasons or match your wedding colors ect. for a dramatic and tasteful effect. (Included in Flat Rate)
• Television and/or Projection – Display live footage of the dancefloor while you party! People love watching themselves dance, and this simple addition is always a great time! (Inquire for pricing)
• Bubble machines – (venue permitting) Saturate the room with bubbles! Great for introductions or while your guests party on the dancefloor. (Included in Flat Rate)
• Pinspotting – Instant elegance. Individually pinspot your cake or table centerpieces! (Included in Flat Rate)
• Haze Machine (venue permitting) Our Haze machines produce a finer version of “fog”. Dont think smoke or dense fog like in a bar or club, haze is much finer (and very unlikely to set off fire alarms)but produces the same desirable effects. (beams of light from dancefloor lighting) (Included in Flat Rate)
• Pinspotting – Individually pinspot each centerpiece in the room! (399.99 for up to 20 tables, 19.99 each additional)
• Cake Pinspotting – Spotlight your cake! (Included in Flat Rate)
• GOBO! The wedding monogram. (199.99 for custom, generic slides are included in flat rate)

Live Music We offer a cocktail/ceremony pianist by the hour or our full party band! The party band can be booked as an addition to a DJ package for a Live Band/DJ combo or as a standalone! Our pianist is 199.99/hr. Please inquire for party band rates.
