Alyssa and Andrew – Wedding Photography – Bear Creek Mountain Resort

A few weeks ago I was privileged to be the photographer for Alyssa and Andrew. The ceremony was held at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Bally, PA. The church is oldest existing Catholic place of worship in Pennsylvania and the fourth oldest Catholic structure in the thirteen original colonies. It’s a really cute church with a beautiful balcony and gorgeous light coming through the side windows. After the ceremony we headed to Bear Creek Mountain Resort. It was drizzling a bit as we left the church, but stopped just as we pulled up to the pond. After the creative session, the bridal party enjoyed cocktail hour at their hospitality suite while we got a few detail shots. The staff at Bear creek did an amazing job, as always, making sure the venue looked beautiful and ran smoothly. Their day was quite beautiful and I want to thank them for allowing Bar None to capture their memories.

Alissa and Doug at Shawnee Inn Engagement

After getting to know them, I am so excited already to photograph Alissa and Doug’s wedding day next fall at Shawnee Inn. But for now, I was more than happy to capture the engagement celebration between these two.

This would be the first time I’ve been to the Shawnee Inn and I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as scenery and photo opportunities. I had nothing to worry about. I already knew the couple would make for some great photos, but to my pleasant surprise, there were numerous beautiful scenes for us at Shawnee Inn. So many, that we didn’t even use them all. We’ll save some for the wedding!

The Day of the photoshoot was a chilly, windy day, but we persevered. These two were troopers and even though they were a bit cold, they knew how to model… or it came off that way! It was easy to get great shots because the love they had for each other was obvious and that came through to create great photos.

I’m very much looking forward to the wedding now. I had such a great time capturing their engagement celebration

Casie and Brandon Engagement Photography

Casie and I met to check out the scenery a few days prior to her engagement shoot and we saw the beautiful fall leaves everywhere you looked. Though between then and the actual day we met up for the photos, there was a storm that took away quite a bit of our leaves and scenery. We weren’t going to let that stop us. We were still able to get some great photos and the love between these two were reflected in those photos. They were fun to work with and we had a great time. I was disappointed to find out that their wedding was in NY and that they booked a local New York photographer to photograph their wedding. We love destination weddings! I can only imagine how special those photos will turn out. We wish them an amazing wedding and marriage.

Allison and Justin Engagement Photography

Next summer I have the pleasure of being the photographer for Allison and Justin for their wedding at Bella Vista Golf Club. I’m really excited to work with Allison’s family once again. A few years ago, I was the photographer for her brother and wife at Bear Creek and they were such an awesome couple. When Allison and Justin approached me about their wedding, I was very excited. So, a few weeks ago we went to Bethlehem and did some engagement photography. It was a cool breezy day, but you would never have know by looking at Allison. They both were thinking warm thoughts and it turned out so beautiful. They were so adorable together. I really looking forward to working with them again.

Brittany and David at Bear Creek

Brittany and David are such a cute couple. I was hired last fall to be their photographer for both their engagement shoot and wedding. Now, I’m a huge Eagles fan, but they are such a cute couple that you can forgive them for being Steelers fans! Actually since their wedding, the Steelers have been on a roll with Big Ben making QB history with 12 touchdowns in two games. Maybe every so often they should renew their vows to ensure the Steelers a good season. So their wedding took place at the beautiful Bear Creek Mountain Resort. It was a perfect fall day and it lent itself to a touching first look by the pond. We then went right into a blue sky accented ceremony at the Woodland Ballroom site. Afterwards we took a few formals before heading into the reception for a night of fun! The night came to an end with all their family and friends watching the “Same Day Edit” from the day, which was also produced by Bar None!

Few weddings have ever been as true to Bethlehem’s culture as Amanda and Kyle’s beautiful celebration. Not only was their wedding a “Something Borrowed, Something Brewed”, which was appropriate for a city whose most popular restaurant might be the Bethlehem Brew Works, but Amanda and Kyle broke out their Musikfest mugs for their creative session and post-ceremony celebrations! I could not be more thrilled with the originality and sense of humor from one of the most perfectly paired couples I have met. I hope their Brewery-tour-based honeymoon was full of happiness and hops, and best of wishes on their wonderful adventure together.

Geniene and Andrew Saucon Valley Wedding Photography

I had the pleasure to photograph Andrew and Geniene’s wedding last month. I have known them for a number of years and I was honored that they asked me to be their photographer. The day got started at Hotel Bethlehem, where Geniene was getting ready with her close friends. At the same time, Andrew was getting ready with one of our own, Trai Guzie (Bar None Cinematographer). When hair, make-up and the dress were all in place, we headed to a private residence for their first look. Out of all the years I have been a photographer, this was the most touching first meet that I have done. Andrew and Geniene have a special love for each other and it certainly showed at that moment. He was in awe of Geniene and how beautiful she looked. After we took a few formals we headed to the ceremony and reception site. It always a nice choice to have an outdoor ceremony. It makes for some really nice photos. The night was filled with tons of fun and lots of love. I with Andrew and Geniene a lifetime of happiness.

A month ago, Bar None was hired to photograph and film Lauren and Matthew’s wedding at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn in Stroudsburg, PA. Their Ceremony was full of energy and that flowed over to the entire wedding! After their ceremony we drove to the Rose Garden in Allentown, PA for their creative session. It was a bit of a drive but well worth it. It provided the perfect backdrop for the bridal party photos and their formals. Afterwards we headed back to the Terraview reception hall at Stoudsmoor Inn. The dance floor was packed all night, right through the debut of their Same Day Edit film that was wildly cheered by the capacity crowd. What a great wedding to be a part of! Thank You for allowing us to be a part of your special day.

Its amazing that my job is to capture special events of a couples life. A few weeks ago, I was asked to capture a very special event in one of my clients lives. In the past, I have done their engagement shoot, wedding photography and now they are going to have a baby!! Yay!! Thats so exciting. Dana and Keith at Lockridge Park

A few weeks ago I had the privilege to take some photos of Dana and Keith at Lockridge Park. They wanted engagement photos and save the date photos for their wedding next summer. I gave them a few popular photography locations for the shoot and they loved all that Lockridge Park in Alburtis had to offer. It kinda has a little of everything for photographers. Its always nice to do some pre-wedding photos with your clients. We get to know each other and each others personalities. It makes the wedding day go even more smoothly. I’m really excited for Dana and Keith’s wedding at Barnhouse Village. They were very cute together, and were naturals in front of the camera. I had a lot of fun getting to know them.
