A week’s worth of cloudy skies and rain finally broke the morning of Christian’s and Michael’s wedding and they couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous and blessed day. Binding their lives to one another in the scenic setting of Woodloch Pines Resort, the bright sky and autumnal colors created a lush background for this intimate affair. Joyful tears and laughter were all around as they recited their handwritten vows for each other and their Celebrant, Alisa Tongg, told their love story. The perfect ceremony came to a close as the sun magically set behind the new Mr. and Mrs. Mercado-Stanton.
Once the celebrations had moved inside, the newlyweds were eager to start the night off on a high note, inviting their guests to the dance floor with one of the bride’s favorite jams by Montell Jordan, “This Is How We Do It”. The euphoric and romantic feel from the ceremony carried over in a big way to the reception, and continued long into the night with plenty of giggles, dancing, huge grins, and a lot of love. Their day was truly the stuff of fairytales, one they’ll never forget!
